» Circuit ID and description are necessary to find and correct the problem.
» A contact person that is familiar with the problem should be available during testing.
» Before submitting your error report, please ensure that local equipment related to the problem has been tested, including power, cables, restart, which error/system LEDs are lit or flashing.
» Timeframe error was discovered
» Affected addresses
» Other relevant info such as logs, alarms, etc.
